ICYMI: Rap song lands 20 year old in jail.
20 year old Antavio Johnson was sentenced to two years in jail for penning a Rap Song called “Kill Me a Cop” which named two Florida police officers as possible targets. Is the two year sentence excessive? What about the 1st Amendment? Will the jail sentence deter Johnson from acting out on his threat in the future?
