A young Rochester girl is persecuted by her teachers for speaking out against racism in her school.  I can't help but think to myself, would she have been better off if her teachers were Black?

Also, we discussed the bill being proposed by the Wisconsin Governer to offically declare single-parenting child abuse.

Since this program aired, Susan G. Komen for the Cure announced it would continue to fund free breast cancer screenings at Planned Parenthood centers.   This interesting reversal of fortune for the poor and disfranchised women served by planned parenthood should not discourage us from continuing to question why a woman's body and her right to choose how to care for it, has become the new battleground for American politicians.

Roland Martin took to Twitter to call out Floyd Mayweather about referencing his jail sentence in a Tweet directed at Manny Pacquiao (Mayweather was charged with abusing his girlfriend).  According to some, Martin's mention of Mayweather's domestic violence charge was out of line.  Others applaud him for encouraging discussion about such an important topic.
